1. Orders All orders are subject to availability. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded (see our Refund Policy for details). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary. 2. Delivery We do not ship products. All items are delivered locally within our service area or to a previously agreed upon location. Delivery fees apply and vary by location. Fees are displayed at checkout or on the Delivery details page. Deliveries are scheduled based on availability; we will confirm your delivery date after checkout. 3. Product Quality Pumpkins and seasonal décor are natural, perishable items. Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary. Once delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, pets, or other circumstances outside our control. 4. Refunds & Transfers All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements. If you cannot accept your order, you may transfer it to another home within our delivery area by providing updated details before delivery. 5. Eco-Friendly Pickup At the end of the season, we offer optional eco-friendly pickup for composting or disposal, available for an additional fee. Pickup must be scheduled in advance. 6. Payments Payment is due at checkout. We accept payments via all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as through digital wallets via GooglePay. 7. Website Use Content on our website (images, logos, text) is owned by The Curated Pumpkin and may not be used without permission. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
